Each of our motifs is available in 4 standard sizes.
The standard sizes are:
A6 - 10.5x14.8cm - 300 g / m² finest natural-colored premium linen paper.
A4 - 21x29.7cm - 300 g / m² finest natural-colored premium linen paper.
A3 - 29.7x42cm - 300 g / m² finest natural-colored premium linen paper.
L - 50x70cm - 130g - 300 g / m² nnatural-colored premium fine paper.
XL - 70x100cm - 300 g / m² natural-colored premium fine paper.
In principle, each of our motifs (city maps, district maps, landmarks and mountains) can be ordered and made as a custom-made product in any size and for any carrier medium.

Should I order with a frame (with glass, without glass) or without a frame?
That’s up to you.
- If you order "without a frame", you will get one poster in your desired size, which you can then frame yourself, put in an album or simply hang it up loosely.
- If you order "with a frame", you will get a fully assembled one Mural.
- Advantage without glass: no reflections, the high-quality linen paper is more present, the print quality is even more visible and the whole picture looks better. A clean feather duster is sufficient for cleaning.
- Advantage with glass: The picture is better protected from dirt and contact.
From a visual and aesthetic point of view, ours is recommendation with frame without Glass pane except the picture is exposed to dust, dirt or touch. If the picture is hung at home, then it is clear without glass. If it is hung in a shop, then with glass.
Can I have a map made of a desired location (keyword: custom-made)?
Basically yes. We can make every village, every city, every valley, every lake, every place, every federal state and every republic in the world, the same applies to drawings and illustrations of landmarks and mountains.
However, it must be borne in mind that the development of each of our motifs has to go through an elaborate creative process, most of which is done manually, before it is ready for production and quality assured.
Therefore, this enormous effort cannot be offered for free and requires a surcharge on the standard price, which must be calculated individually for each custom-made product.

I'm running late and desperately need a DSTRCT as a gift. What now?
Just get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org or call / write to us at +43 664 141 8888 and we will find the best solution. Regardless of whether you pick it up yourself or a bike courier. Together, we will do it!
Is it possible to collect it?
Yes! Is possible.
Collection is only possible after prior order (shop or e-mail) on every working day in our warehouse in the 23rd district of Vienna. The exact address will be announced after the order has been placed or, in the case of shop orders with the "Pick up" option, will be sent automatically by email.
Monday to Thursday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
For webshop orders: Select delivery method - pick up. You can then pay online right away or cash when you pick it up.
When ordering by email to email@example.com:
Necessary data: design name, size, with frame / without / with glass / without glass, your name, address, contact details and request for collection / delivery.
Please note that when ordering by e-mail, the payment options are currently limited to cash payments when you pick them up from the warehouse.
Why have I not received a confirmation of my order by email?
There can be several reasons for this: If you have already ordered from us but have not received a confirmation email, you have probably given the wrong email address or you have only given the mobile phone number but omitted the email address. In the latter case, you will receive the confirmation and the shipping confirmation by SMS. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update your customer details so that you can correctly receive the confirmation by email.
How can I track my shipment?
After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will activate your package number. You will then receive another email, the shipping confirmation, with the tracking link. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and request a link to track your shipment. We will then send you the tracking number and the link so that you can see exactly where your package is.
Can I subsequently cancel my order / change the delivery address?
Every | DSTRCT | Product is produced individually for you. As a rule, we start production immediately after the order has been confirmed and then with the dispatch. If you notice the address error quickly, we can endeavor (without guarantee) to correct it before the article has been produced and dispatched. Cancellation is also only possible after the order has been confirmed as long as production or shipping has not yet started.

My order arrived damaged. What now?
Please contact us by email at email@example.com and send photos of the damaged product straight away and the packaging with. The more information we receive in your email, the faster we can find a solution for you. Together, we will do it.
How can I pay with you?
You can choose to pay by credit card, Klarna Sofort, invoice with Klarna, PayPal, eps transfer, Pay iDEAL, Bancontact or alternatively via the express checkout button using ShopPay, ApplePay and GooglePay.
Please note, however, that you do not have the option of entering a discount code during the Express Checkout, and the optional shopping cart message does not reach us, as the order processing takes place via the relevant providers such as Apple, Google or Amazon etc. and we only receive the order data from the provider.
Are credit card details or account details stored with you?
No. We only receive the most necessary data from the individual payment providers to carry out the payment transaction. This is done in encrypted form. We only receive the information which payment method was selected, whether the transaction was successful and the amount.
How long does it take to get my | DSTRCT | get?
In the best case, if the product was ordered before 2 p.m. on a working day, it will be shipped in the afternoon and will be delivered within Austria the next day. in the average takes 2-4 working days from order to receipt of the goods for orders within Austria. Orders within the EU take an average of 2 days longer.
If there are any unforeseen delays on our part, you will be notified immediately. Even if it takes too long for you, please contact us and we will help you.

We deliver worldwide. Delivery within Austria is free. Please note the minimum order amount.
