You will receive exclusive, minimalistic and aesthetic City Maps (city maps), illustrations or drawings of neighborhoods, landmarks, and mountains. The motifs are printed on high-quality, matte, natural-colored premium linen paper (270–350 g/m²) in finest gallery quality as posters and can be purchased, if needed, ready framed in a high-quality, matte black frame.

Each individual motif is handpicked and created in an elaborate, creative, and artistic process.

The result is stylish and exclusive home accessories for the wall that attract attention, provide conversation material, and invite contemplation as well as reminiscing. They connect the owner with a specific feeling or memory that they can share with others or keep to themselves.

Manual production & packaging: At DSTRCT, everything is done by hand – not only the designs but also the sales and shipping packaging are carefully prepared by hand to give each product a personal touch.

We can create any village, any city, any valley, any lake, any place, any federal state, and any republic in the world – as well as drawings and illustrations of landmarks and mountains.

Please note that the development of each motif goes through a elaborate, creative, and artistic process.

A large part of the work is implemented manually before the design is ready for production and quality assured.

This effort cannot therefore be offered for free and requires a cost surcharge on the standard price, which is individually calculated for each custom order.

Yes, as long as there is DSTRCT, your custom orders can be reordered at any time. The current shop prices and the usual shipping costs apply – no additional costs will be incurred.

Our "Ganz Wien" design – or rather its name – is a homage to Falco and his legendary song "Ganz Wien".

It symbolically represents the feeling of life that we want to capture with our Vienna designs: urban, stylish, and unmistakably Viennese.

Pickup is only possible after prior order – either via the webshop or by email – on any working day in our office in the 10th district of Vienna.

Important:

• Please wait for the notification that your order is ready for pickup.
  
• We recommend calling briefly beforehand to ensure that someone is in the office.
  

For webshop orders:

• Select the delivery method “Pickup”.
  
• You can then either pay online or in cash upon collection.

Payment:

• For email orders, payment is currently only possible in cash upon collection.
  
• Please bring the amount exactly.

This can have several reasons:

• You may have provided an incorrect email address.
  
• The confirmation email has landed in your spam folder.
  
• You have only provided your mobile number, but no email address.
  

In the last case, you will receive the confirmation and the shipping notification via SMS.

Please contact us at contact@dstrct.eu in any case, so we can update your customer data and you receive the confirmation correctly via email in the future.

After placing your order, you will first receive a confirmation of order via email.

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will record the package number. You will then automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link, through which you can track your package at any time.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please send us an email at contact@dstrct.eu, and provide your order number. We will promptly send you the tracking number and the tracking link, so you can see exactly where your package is currently located.

Every ordered |DSTRCT| product is produced individually for you. After the order confirmation, we usually start production immediately and then proceed with shipping.

• Address change: If you notice an error quickly, we can try (without guarantee) to correct the address before the item has been produced or shipped.
  
• Cancellation: A subsequent cancellation is only possible as long as production or shipping has not yet started.

On average, it takes from the order to the receipt of your goods 2–7 working days for deliveries within Austria.

Within the EU, delivery can take on average about 2 days longer.

Shipping day: Usually, shipping takes place on Thursdays.

If there are unforeseen delays on our part, you will be informed immediately.

• Free, once the minimum order amount for free shipping has been reached (20 €).

No. For multiple delivery addresses separate orders must be placed.

• A6, A4 and A3 Posters: Shipping in sturdy cardboard envelopes, additionally reinforced with thick cardboard – creases nearly excluded.
• 50x70 Posters: Shipping in shipping tubes made of cardboard.
• 100x70 Posters: Shipping in shipping boxes made of cardboard.
• Pictures with frames: Large and sturdy frame packaging, internally padded with bubble wrap and cardboard for optimal protection.
