Pickup
Pickup is only possible after prior order (via shop or email) and confirmation.
Location: Office in Vienna-Favoriten / Sonnwendviertel.
Please wait for our confirmation message, in which we will inform you when your items are ready for pickup.
Note that this service is not always available (e.g. during vacation, illness, or closed office hours).
Pickup times:
By arrangement.
For webshop orders:
Select the delivery method “Pickup” at checkout.
You can then pay online immediately or in cash upon pickup.
For orders via email to contact@dstrct.eu:
Please provide the following information:

- Size
- With frame / Without frame
- With glass / Without glass
- Your name
- Address
- Contact details
- Pickup or delivery preference
Important:
For orders via email, currently only cash payment upon pickup is possible.
