All products undergo a quality check before shipping. Should a product nevertheless arrive damaged, we offer a free replacement. The requirements are photo documentation of the damaged product including the packaging, and a return shipment by the customer at their own expense. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all packaging contents. The new product will be sent without additional shipping costs.

No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to business customers.

No right of withdrawal exists for goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

No right of withdrawal exists for reduced goods and SALE items.

In all other cases, consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal policy.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DSTRCT e.U., A-1100 Vienna, Austria, Phone: +43 664 141 8888, contact@dstrct.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
